Ms. Vyenielo and Ms. Drysdale oversee the property management for The O’Donnell Group’s Northern California properties.

Traci Vyenielo has been in the real estate industry for over 29 years. For the last 15 years, she has been managing various types of properties for local investors, including apartments, office buildings, industrial units, retail shopping centers, and mini-storage facilities, including leasing and sales. For the last eight years, she has been managing a 92,000 square foot retail center in Santa Rosa and various other properties for North Bay Equity Group. Traci’s hands-on approach to management and working with individual investors brings a nice balance to the Property Management team.

Carol Drysdale spent the last 7 years as a property manager and real estate agent with NBEG. Prior to that, she spent 7 years managing Class A Commercial assets for Equity Office Properties. She managed over 400,000 square feet of office space and handled over 75 individual tenants. Before working at EOP, Carol lead the Property Management department at Keegan & Coppin. She started in 2003 and managed a large variety of property types ranging from office buildings, industrial buildings, medical office buildings and retail shopping centers. Carol’s experience working with and reporting to institutional companies gives North Bay Equity Group an advantage over other property managers.
