Industrial Land Sub-Division
The second area of development that TOG focuses on is the acquisition of raw land with the intent to create smaller finished parcels for industrial or office use. The finished parcels will be sold to end users and other developers to develop build-to-suit or speculative buildings for end users. The value added component will be to work through the entitlement and zoning issues and creating smaller parcels. In some cases, the projects will include putting infrastructure in place.
